To-Do:
- Use a microfiber towel or soft-bristled brush when washing your car to avoid scratches or damage to the coating
- Dry your car thoroughly after washing it, to prevent water spots from damaging the coating
- Use a high-quality ceramic coating maintenance product, such as CarPro CQuartz, to top up the coating and protect it from environmental contaminants
Not-To-Do:
- Do not use any polishing or water wax product on a ceramic-coated car, as they can strip the coating and damage the paint underneath
- Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaning products on a ceramic-coated car, as they can damage the coating and leave swirl marks on the pain
- Do not use a high-pressure washer or steam cleaner on a ceramic-coated car, as the high pressure can damage the coating and remove it from the surface
- Do not take your car to an automatic car wash centre that uses brushes or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the coating
- Do not park your car under trees, as tree sap, leaves, and branches can cause etching and scratches on the coating
- Do not wash any ceramic-coated vehicle in direct sunlight or any vehicle surface that is warm to the touch, as the heat can cause the coating to degrade or melt
- Do not allow bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and pollen to sit on the car for more than a few days, as they can etch the coating and cause permanent damage

- Roll down the windows after a week of the tint installation
- Park in shaded areas or covered parking to avoid direct sunlight for long periods
- Regularly check for any bubbles or wrinkles in the tint and have them professionally repaired if necessary
- Have your car professionally detailed to avoid any damage to the tint
Not-To-Do:
- Do not clean the tinted windows with abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the tint
- Do not roll down the windows for at least a week after the tint is installed, as this can cause bubbles or wrinkles in the tint
- Do not use household cleaners on the tint as it can strip the tint adhesive and cause the tint to lift
- Do not use a razor blade or any sharp object to remove dirt or debris from the tint as it may scratch or puncture the film
- Be aware that professional window tinting service may void the car manufacturer's warranty

Warranty Coverage
• In the event of any panel coated with CarPro CQuartz Coating knockdown due to an accident, re-coating will be provided at no additional cost (Not applicable for vehicles that have been involved in a Total Loss Accident).
•The warranty guarantees that there will be no more than a 20% loss of gloss or color for the duration of the 3-year warranty period.
Situations Where Warranty Is Not Covered
•Damage caused by vandalism, fire, hail, flood, surface rust, rail dust, physical damage, paint overspray, or paint manufacturer’s defects.
•Damage caused by abrasive compounds or third-party products.
